At Bodhi Surf, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality gear from trusted brands — but we get it, sometimes things just aren’t quite right.
No worries, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges 👇

✅ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be:

• In original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached

• In original packaging

• Returned with proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for all return & shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

💌 How to Start a Return

1. Email shell@bodhisurf.com.au and request a return code.

2. Once approved, post your item to:
   Bodhi Surf, Yeppoon Central Shopping Centre, Yeppoon QLD 4703

3. If you’re returning an item valued over $50, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee returns lost in transit.

💸 Refunds & Credits

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund or credit will be processed within 4 business days.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method

• You can choose a store credit instead, if you prefer

• If you paid via AfterPay, you’ll receive an email update directly from them once your refund is processed

🚫 Items We Can’t Take Back

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

• Swimwear (sorry, it's health and safety so be sure before you purchase)
  

• Earrings

• Sale or discounted items — all sale items are final

❤️ Faulty Items

We stand behind everything we sell.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, shoot us an email at shell@bodhisurf.com.au with photos and details — we’ll sort it out fast.
If it’s our mistake, we’ll cover return postage and replace or refund your item right away.
