Bodhi Surf Industries prides itself on providing high quality products from well known and reputable suppliers but we do understand that purchases are not always right.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4 business days after we receive your return.

Terms & Conditions about your returned items:

• They are returned in original condition - Unworn, Unwashed and with tags attached
• Return shipping method and original shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please note: no refunds can be accepted on sale items 
  

RETURNS PROCESS:

To return an item, simply contact shell@bodhisurf.com.au and request a return code and form. Please note, the return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once Bodhi Surf Industries receive your return:

• Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received
• Funds are refunded using the same method as purchase, or if it is your preference, a credit note issued
• If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay outlining your AfterPay account amendment.
• You will receive a courtesy email update from Bodhi Surf Industries as soon as your refund has been initiated.
• We do not do refunds or returns on swimwear or under garments due to health and safety regulations.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. RETURNS ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
