How the Bodhi Wave Began
Bodhi Surf first hit the scene in 2008—but back then, it was known as Crave Surf. A few salty sessions and a couple of rewatches of Point Break later, the owners knew it was time to shake things up. Inspired by the ultimate surf legend “Bodhi” from the 90s cult classic, they rebranded the shop to match the reason they fell in love with surf culture in the first place.
Proudly independent and planted right here on the Central QLD Coast in Yeppoon, Bodhi Surf is all about keeping it core. We’re talkin’ surf gear, coastal streetwear, boards, kicks, and everything in between.
Owned and run by Shelly & Rohan Broom, two locals who live for the ocean are the pair behind the scenes (and often behind the counter), living the dream and keeping the stoke alive every day.
