Bodhi Surf Industries prides itself on providing high quality products from well known and reputable suppliers but we do understand that purchases are not always right. Bodhi Surf Industries accepts returns within a 14 day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions:
- Are returned in original condition - Unworn, Unwashed and with tags attached
- Return shipping method and original shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note: no refunds can be accepted on sale items
- Online Exchange item request costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)
RETURNS PROCESS:
To return an item, simply contact shell@bodhisurf.com.au and request a return code and form. Please note, the return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once Bodhi Surf Industries receive your return:
- Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received
- Funds are refunded using the same method as purchase, or if it is your preference, a credit note issued
- If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay outlining your AfterPay account amendment.
- You will receive a courtesy email update from Bodhi Surf Industries as soon as your refund has been initiated.
- We do not do refunds or returns on swimwear or under garments due to health and safety regulations.
